Q.

hi Moy son is one month old . I have milk in breast and d feeding goes fine but that means I can't go out for long and have to make many sacrifices , sleepless nights and days all this is making me depressed. can I start with formula otherwise like this I will just lose it.

A. hi mother's milk is best food for a child. so please stick on Breastfeeding. no need of formula. we all mothers have to pass through it ,so it is just a phase . please don't take stress. this time will also pass. please feed your child on demand. enjoy your parenthood
