hi moms ..as iam discontinuing my breastfeeding since yesterday...and now m feeling very bad breast pain due to milk fullness..so what to do any suggestions???...can i pump out my milk or not..bcz i wanna stop breastfeeding now.??

A. feeling bad breast pain as because of milk accumulated express milk to get relief warm compress gently massage if still severe pain visit the doctor
