mom of 3 months old.. 3 days once she was pooping.. then it went to 4, 5 n 6 days once pooping.. today s 7th day.. she didn't poop. she s active.. peeping 13 to 15 times. talked with Mty pediatric.. he said to come today as he wil give some medicine.. now im super stressed.. will the medicine give any side effects.. y she s not pooping daily.. 1st 2 month she used to poop 3 times daily.. after 45th day vaccine, it went to 3days once.. doctor said nothing with vaccine.. she s on breastfeeding.. but I have flat nipples and so using nipple shield.. does tat make my baby gassy baby? she passes gas too much daily but no poop.. giving medicine for poop is normal or should I worry? sorry for lengthy message

Stool pattern of small children changes from time to time. 
It can be more than 7 times per day also and sometimes the child will not pass stool for 10 days also. 
The most important thing is the consistency of the stool and if it is Semi solid to solid or semi liquid then there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour as well as the smell of the stool 
Also straining and crying while passing urine and stool is very normal.
 the crying of the child is due to colic pain and not due to constipation
not due to vaccine
also do burping to decrease gas in abdomen

Look let me clear your doubt first of all if a child does not poop for 10 to 12 days also in this age is normal there is no need to give any medication even if you see that the child is discovered you just have to insert an Enima  into the anus   of your child and it is going to work otherwise if your doctor says some medicine you can give it there is nothing to be stressed about it
