Hi Meri delivery ko huye 13 month ho gye muje normal delivery Hui thi or private part pr stich aaye the or thik bhi ho gye the but last 2 days se muje 1 stich pain kr rha h or swelling AA gyi h baithne or chlne me bhi problem ho rhi h pls kuch bataiye kya kru

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Cool temperatures will both ease the pain and help reduce swelling in the area. One way of doing this is to sit in a shallow bath of cold water – just make sure you pat your stitches dry with a clean towel afterwards.
