Hi Good that youre walking. now you can change the exercise to strength training exercises or Power yoga Make sure you avoid Biscuits, waffers, bakery products, fried foods, sugar take enough lean protein like low fat paneer, skim milk, curd, egg whites, pulses Add more Vegetables fruits to your meals to lose weight
