hi. mera baby 3.5 months ka h. baby hone k 1.5 month tk Mera periods aaya aur fir her 15 days me periods aa ho ja rha h is it normal after delivery.

A. yes absolutely ok for breastfeeding. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
