Hi mam, the Nan grow powder is good for child.my child age the baby boy is 7 years old and baby girl is 4 years old.

avoid giving packed foods.
instead start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Avoid giving packed products.
These are high in sugar and calories and contains preservatives and artificial flavours that are not good.
Give freshly prepared homemade food to your baby.
