A. Yea You can actually go ahead with either of the things whether it is gun shot out with a normal Lo traditional Goldsmith if you want you can go ahead with that also just make sure that you are using a numbing cream and both of the cases also after you get the things done apply warm Desi ghee turmeric mixture onto that area
