hi mam r sir... my baby name is joshni. 4yrs 2 month.. it's not improve weight.. 1 yrs is continue tis weight... what food to eat mam..

A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks a day that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
