Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually natural because sometimes due to overheat sometimes due to sweat it happens try to apply some rash cream some lotion after giving bath keep the area dry and sometimes you have to leave it at like diaper free free you have to leave the baby and also oil massage to the tummy part and head
