A. hi, try this home remedy *#Mouth ulcer remedy* Make one litre of thin buttermilk.... 200ml curd and 800ml water... Whip very well and do not refrigerate. Keep in Normal room temperature. Take 250ml of buttermilk in a glass take a mouthful... Rotate this inside ur mouth... Say for around 1 or 2 mins.. spit it out.... Do the same for the rest of the buttermilk... Likewise do the same process in 3 to 4 hours gap. It should take u around 10 to 15 mins for one glass. Do so 4 times totally. Don't drink it after gargling... Spit it out. Don't use sour curds...or sour buttermilk... If u live in a hot region n ur curds likely to sour soon.... Then don't make all of the 1litre buttermilk at once... Make when u need.. And use. Don't use any buttermilk that's leftover... Finish off on same day... Make fresh the next day if required. Do not add salt or sugar. Use just plain buttermilk.. You will not need to do this the next day... Only in extreme cases it's needed else just 4 rounds will do.
