hi mam, my baby is 1 year 4 months old.. he has fever from yesterday, doctors prescribed me peracetamol and antibiotics.after I gave him those peracetamol and antibiotics he feel better for few hours but after that fever started again..also he rejected food since then, please recommend some remedies to cure him

A. Give more of liquids during this time it’s convenient for them to accept because during medicines the appetite also dies down a little so you can give this more of liquid and start with a B complex supplement for the time being
