it's normal. my baby also did same. apply pure coconut oil. don't use diaper use cotton cloths. it ll get ready with 2 months

this is normal phenomenon
it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also. 
it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day. 
if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour (the colour can range from yellow brown green to black) of the stool.
also straining while passing urine and stool is normal.
Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes

I’d Say it would be good if you consult your doctor what is the doctor with some medicine that’s going to help in controlling diarrhoea and also into the anus area it would be good if you keep applying Boroline anti septic cream regularly I don’t use any diapers for the time being
