# Hi mam..my baby boy is 15 months old..still his anterior fontanelle is not completely closed . remaining all mile stones are normal...does he need any medicine for that??

It can close by the time of 17 months and on the higher side it should close by the time of 2 1/2 years and if it doesn’t happen maximum by the time of 2 1/2 years also then in that case it would be a deal and you can consult your doctor for further assistance
