hi mam.. my age is 27.. 7days ago i got chickenpox... first 3 to 4 days pimples filled with water.from 5th day chikenpox pimples filling with pus .. now all pimples are filled with pus .. no new chickenpox pimples are coming from 7th day... my question is .. is anything serious if pus form in pimples???
