Hi mam My 4 +months baby girl is changing her sleeping patterns a lot. She sleeps very less in the day time. Is that a concern

A. this is very normal thing which should not be worried for but still it would be better to get a proper guidance by your doctor regarding any such kind of query so a proper examination can be doddne just to rule out any other possibility ...
