hi... mam.. mujhe 21st may ko C section hua hai, blessed with baby boy, after delivery mujhe thik se neend nahi aa rahi hai, morning kitni koshish karne ki baad bi neend nahi aati hai, or night sirf 2 to 3 hours neend aati hai.. please suggest me...

A. you must try to eat well. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
