I don’t know what toothpaste are you using then you should try using Himalaya bubblegum flavour toothpaste that supposed to be really good for kids and it’s going to be healthy for the gums and teeth as well otherwise you can try using Kiddodent that’s also very good and if nothing is helping then please consult dentist
