Tulsi juice helps to get relieve from cough, cold and fever. Boil few leaves of tulsi into water & give this water 2–3 spoons of tulsi water.

U Can just give medicines after consulting the doctor and also you can go ahead with giving nebulisation to the child two times in a day for at least a minimum of 5 to 7 days that is definitely going to be a lot helpful as of now to go ahead with both the things together
