Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Mam it’s a it is a massive issue you should talk to your gynaecologist about it because I cannot even suggest you anything basic in terms of exercise to do because you’re pregnant so please talk to your gynaecologist regarding the issue
