Q.

Hi mam I'm lactating mom of 1 month baby .. I'm not having enough milk supply so thought of starting formula milk ?? plz help to have sufficient milk ?

A. Hello ma’am Try having lactation capsules like fenugreek capsule or something as they are very good and if they help you in increasing your breast feed then nothing like it but if it does not help you in any manner than the best Are you and your child would be to switch to formula feed and you can go for Nestlé Nan. If you do not have sufficient breastfeed then you should continue with formula feed there is no harm in it
