Hi Mam, I just want to check with you that I missed my periods since three months last period date was- 2nd November 2021. It's been three months for wedding. I checked the pregnancy and it's negative. what is the cause behind it? can you please suggest me?

A. hi it might happen because of hormonal changes but better to check with your gynecologist who can give right guidance after examining your health.
