puvvula vinayFather of a 3 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. dont worry.. express milk for every 2hours... feed your baby even if milk supply is low.. pls make sure baby is lacthing well.. eat healthy.. rest properly... always be positive.. milk flow will automatically increases.

and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milkk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplementt which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc )
also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation.

You can give formula too. if your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices,caffeine, citrus fruits and their juices, Avoid gassy foods too like cabbage cauliflower as it will trigger baby. Ensure not to add not much oil and spice. Avoid green tea and other heat foods. Avoud cold foods have more fruits and veggies
