hi mam, i have 4 year baby girl, but her weight is not increased and now she is too weak, please suggest in this case

Author of questionMom of 3 children3 years agoA. mam, my child face is too dull and weak due to weakness that why i want something nutrition food to be given to her which would not affect her appetite and have some growth
