Hi mam I am suffering from backpain and stomach pain together uper stomach bloating is also there it is on and off .what are the causes mam pls tell me

A. in most of the cases discomfort in the abdomen may also cause referral pain at the back pain the best way to relief it is take painkillers for a few days and also start doing yoga and maintain a proper diet schedule to have good nutritious died intake and adequate water intake Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache
