hi mam, I am Mounika . my kid parnika is not eating properly every day and I am worrying about her health , her age is now 2years weight 9.5 kg . please suggest some weight gaining recipes and healthy diet.

A. Hello! Your child is on the slower side of weight gain. Gradually introduced all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and common in your family. You can try giving Dal chawal, Khichdi, Rasam, rice, vegetable Sambar, rice, other protein foods to your child.
