ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician2 years agoA. it will take time fir the uterus to become abdominal organ start walking for 30 minutes everyday To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
