hi mam, i am a mother of 2 and half Yr old boy . he is having bottle feed by birth and from 1 Yr onwards we started giving cow milk to him till now in bottle at night times. he will have milk apprx 3 times at nyt. now he is having gas problem and not eating well. what to do in this situation

A. restrict milk to 400-500 ml knly in one day. only milk is not sufficient to meet all the requirements at this age and he should be getting proper diet. .

A. baby is 2+ have a diet plan for baby.. decrease the milk intake.. give twice break fast as poha cheela upma suji halwa dosa uthapam idly cornflakes chocos.. mid morning any fruit as papaya apple banana pear sapota.. lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad.. evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka. dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
