hi mam after delivery I feel very weekness ,,how I can do?

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet. drink lots of water. nap often to stay rested. have Sunbath every morning

A. Hello ma’am Have iron calcium and multivitamin for six months after your delivery and also follow a good and healthy diet and gym if you can’t that’s about it just you should be eating really good and healthy food which is good in protein and fibre is at the same time so just try to work upon the balance diet for yourself
