PCOD is polycystic ovarian disease and is caused in the body of a female due to hormonal disbalance. there are various reasons and every reason is related to lifestyle. the symptoms also are many but the basic symptoms are in regular menstrual cycle excessive hair fall excessive hair growth on face and many others. stress is also a very big reason for this. control your diet and control taking processed foods. start doing yoga and lead a stress free life
