hi madam/sir, my endometrial thickening 18mm jan 5 my period starts ends 22 ( heavy clotting,bleeding) now also Feb 7 starts still continues same heavy clotting what's the problem

A. start with pushyanug Churna for about 5 days twice daily one gram with warm water which is effective to control heavy bleeding and also along with start tablet M2 Tone twice daily
