Hi madam now iam 32 week pregnant i suffered from back pain and fever and i feel very tired I can't turn sleeping time please tell me any suggestions

Apply ointment and due hot compress that’s going to help in reducing your back pain and if the trouble is much you can ask your doctor to advise you with some medicine to reduce back after that it is going to be convenient and comfortable for you to manage the situation
