hi madam my daughter is 3yrs old from 3days she is repeatedly getting fever 100 temp. we are giving antibiotics and paracetamol syrup to her but still she is not in normal condition

A. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
