hi madam....im 29yr old mom my both back hip is very paining pls tell suggestion

A. Hello dear parent, back pain can be due to deficiency of supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but these shold be consumed only with recommended from your doctor. You can apply volinu on the painful area. If it continues tomorrow as wel then you can consult with your paediatric for medicine.
