mam , to reduce your belly fat ,I advise to do some exercises like pilates, abdominal crunches, flutter kicks, etc
you can join swimming class which can help you in this.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
take food items like sprouts,salad , fruits more
drink plenty of water.
