mam ,you can take mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity twice in a day.
keep your self well hydrated
you can take tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice ,take it twice in a day.

first,for back pain:
mam , please don't sit or stand for long period.
you can do some mild exercises like pilates or stretching.
but do it gently.
maintain good posture.
take calcium rich diet like Ragi , nuts, dry fruits etc more
avoid drinking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day which is best for vitamin D formation.
