hi. ma'am need to shed my weight plz to help.

A. hie in order to shed weight u should eat a healthy diet and start mild exercise, have 4-5 short and frequent meals, drink 3 liters of water, avoid oily and spicy foods,include all seasonal fruits and vegetables and exercise for atleast 30-40 mins a day
