Hi ma'am I'm 29 week pregnant. Nd my baby weight is 1 kg. kya ye normal h or agr nhi to baby Ka weight increase krne ke liye kya diet lu.

A. hi mom u should post the report of ur usg as fetal well being is assessed using various parameters and not only weight .. so plz post the report .

A. Eat five to six small meals every day.Keep quick, easy snacks on hand, such as nuts, raisins, cheese and crackers, dried fruit, and ice cream or yogurt.Spread peanut butter on toast, crackers, apples, bananas, or celery.
