Take iron and calcium rich food. Have a healthy fibre food. Take adequate liquid like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home and adequate water and keep yourself hydrated which is good for your skin and hair. Take a tablespoon of castor oil and 2 tablespoon of coconut oil lightly warm it. Apply to hair and leave it for half an hour and take bath. Always use lukewarm water to take head bath. Avoid too much of hot water. Repeat this once or twice in a week.Write Your Answer Here
