Hi ma'am actually my daughter is 4years old she's not in a proper routine she always sleeps in day and awake whole night I am not able to get her in a routine at all can u help me in this please

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy2 months agoA. hello u should slowly try to seta bed time routine n change the habit which will be better n also good for the growth of the child n make it a serious effort to change this habit
