hi m pregnant 4 months going on...I hav hip pain which not able slp for me...what il be the problem...can I have relief how plz

A. see you have a lot of hormone play in pregnancy. try to rest more. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
