Q.

Hi it's been 9 months since my delivery I have started doing exercises and have controlled my diet also,but somehow my weight remains the same! why is it ? what should do to get a change? I had normal delivery and m still feeding! kindly suggest some solution to reduce weight

A. Hello mom It depends from body to body type as a lot of changes your body has undergone a lot of hormonal changes happening also it takes time after delivery to get back into shape or even reduce the weight for some people so don’t lose hope be dedicated enough follow a diet where in your milk production is not much affected for now just avoid having refined foods ,processed foods , sugary and fried foods as much as possible and follow an exercise regime as much you can do about 30 to 45 minutes a day at least
