There is no sure shot remedy for stretch marks but the intensity gradually reduces by applying oils like pure coconut oil or almond oil or bio oil on the affected area. Do tummy exercises to tighten muscles and skin around the tummy. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
