Hi, Is it safe to start Feeding beetroot for one year old babies? Can you tell me any recipe with beetroot to start Feeding them?

A. Hi parent Beet root is fibrous so should be given but in little quantity Properly cooked (boiled) beet root is favorite of babies. You may make soup, halwa of it . But please remember don't give it in excess. daily a small one will suffice
