hi.. I want to know about which protein powder should i take as i am on breastfeeding... And how long i have to continue with it..

A. Hello ma’am see randomly no protein powder can be suggested to you just like that if you want to go for any it will be better that you please discuss it with your doctor apart from that generally if you’re looking for a supplement and protein X is very good which is easily available in the market you can have it in a minute twice without any sugar
