Q.
Hi... I want to ask that in how much time my belly goes inside completely.. M worried about it.. As 6 months have already gone.. But still i have little ballon shape like stomach.. My baby is on formula milk... I want to reduce my tummy..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. o k h Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

It Doesn’t go inside on its on you’ll have to go ahead with a workout and diet in to lose on this belly fat is permanent otherwise if you don’t work out so once you have completed six months light if you had a vaginal delivery you can go ahead with proper exercise and diet only once you quit breastfeeding the child
