hi i think my baby boy has swallowed small metal button of pant yesterdy nyt but he is actively playng n eating fud n slept no symptons like vomits n chocking but im worried about his health

A. hi as your child is active enough ,there is no need to worry. but observe your child for next 48 hours and if you find any abnormal thing then please consult your nearest pediatrician for it
