hi, i sin rubbing his ears frequently in sleep. what could be the reason

A. If your baby is frequently rubbing their ears during sleep, it could be due to mild discomfort, earwax buildup, teething, or an ear infection. Teething can cause referred pain to the ears, making babies rub them for relief. Sometimes, dry skin or an itchy scalp can also cause this behavior. However, if the baby also has fever, irritability, poor feeding, or cries when lying down, it may indicate an ear infection, and you should consult a pediatrician. In the absence of these signs, occasional ear rubbing is usually normal and harmless.
