Mid morning : Cup of milk and fruits, vegetable soup, almonds, raisins, fruit smoothie, custard
Lunch : Rice, Dal, curry, curd, Mixed vegetables curry with parantha, vegetable biryani with cucumber sticks, aloo parantha with curd, chole curry with chapattis, paneer pulao
Snacks : Paneer cutlet with milk, fruit milkshakes, boiled corn or boiled peanuts, fruits, upma with curd, oats khichdi, omelette or cheese Chapatti roll
Dinner : Roti with Aloo matar, Chapatti with fried soya chunks, vegetable khichdi with curd, rice with boiled chicken, sambar with rice, vegetable pulao with curd.
