hi. I'm pregnant and completed 4th month, I feel very hungry so I had nicely ..till 3 months I was increasing 1 or half kg but for the 4th i increased 5.5 kg.I am scared about that...i feel very much hungry... please suggest

A. hi mom eat wisely consult a qualified dietitian have protiens for better satiety have vegetables, salads limit sugary, fried, packaged foods stay safe
